The Nashoba Valley Technical High School Athletic Department would like to start accepting nominations in August for its Hall of Fame. The purpose of this Hall of Fame is to honor athletes, teams, coaches and administrators who have made a difference being at the school. This will be the second year we have inducted Athletes into the Hall of Fame. The induction ceremony will take place in December at the Fall Athletes awards ceremony. Induction standards emphasize athletic achievement at the high school level, personal character, leadership and community involvement. Outside achievements will also be taken into consideration but in all cases the inductee must have demonstrated ability, integrity, and sportsmanship and be a credit to the community.
The three categories of the awards are as follows:
Athlete(s) to be inducted must have graduated from Nashoba Technical High School. The inductee will not be eligible until 5 years after his or hers graduation. Coaches to be inducted you have retired from Nashoba Technical High School for 5 calendar years Special Category (administrators, support personnel, etc) Nominees may be inducted for having made outstanding contributions to the overall athletic program. Teams which have managed outstanding achievements may also be nominated.
