Directions to Nashoba Valley Technical High School
NVTHS is conveniently located in Westford, about one mile off Route 495
at Exit 32. From the North, turn left at the end of the exit ramp (from
the South, right). Take a left onto Rte. 110. NVTHS is approximately
one mile north on your right.

Registration
Mail or Fax registration is accepted at any time before classes begin.
Walk-in registration will take place January 22-24, 2008 from 5pm to
8pm in the main lobby at Nashoba Valley Technical High School. Late
registration will be accepted on a space available basis. Programs
begin the week of January 28, unless otherwise stated in the catalog. A
$10.00 late fee will apply if registration is received after classes
begin.
Payment Information
Payment may be made via check by mail or in person, payable to NVTHS.
(A $20 registration fee is charged for all returned checks.) Credit
card payments may be made using MasterCard or Visa only. Cash is
accepted during walk-in registration only. Full payment is required for
registration and space may not be reserved without payment.
Please Note: Unless you are notified otherwise, consider yourself
accepted into the program you selected. Enter through the main lobby
the first night of class to receive your room assignment (Please do not
call for course confirmation).

Refunds
A full refund will be made in the event there is insufficient
enrollment or a class is full at the time your registration is
received. Students withdrawing before at least two full business days
with a request in writing before the course begins will receive a full
refund minus a $20.00 registration fee. Once classes begin, no refunds
will be issued.
Senior Citizen Discount
Seniors 60 and over who are district residents receive a 10% discount
on all course offering (exceptions, one night workshops and yoga).
Proof of age must accompany payment during walk-in registration hours.

Class cancellations
Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may force closure of the school
or cancellation of classes. Cancelled classes are always made up,
whether by extending the finish date or rescheduling the class on a
different evening based on arrangements between the instructor and
students.
When weather conditions cause the cancellation of daytime classes,
Nashoba At Night programs will be cancelled as well. In the event that
daytime classes are not cancelled, but the weather worsens, a decision
will be made by 3:00pm and relayed to local radio stations: WBZ(1030AM
Boston), WCAP (980AM Lowell); WIIH (1400 AM Lowell); and WXLO (104.5FM
Worcester).
